The Staff GIG profile

You do the work.
Get every hour counted.

For cleaners, nannies, gardeners, caregivers, and handypeople who work in other people’s homes. Log your hours for each client, see what you’re owed, and share an invoice—your clients never need the app.

Maya and Jack the Carpenter. Maya guides your hours. Jack helps your records feel familiar.

“I work in other people’s homes and bill them for my hours.”

  • Restoring is scoped too

Restoring asks Replace your Staff GIG data? Your Household profile is not touched, and a Household backup can’t be restored here.

How backups work
iOS11 / SYNC
iCloud sync settings explaining that both profiles sync while keeping separate ledgers.
Both profiles, kept apart.

Different on each platform

Sync on your
Apple devices.

On iPhone and iPad, More → iCloud sync covers both profiles, and each keeps its own ledger in your private iCloud database.

  • Android: Household only

Google Drive sync works in the Household profile. In Staff GIG, More shows “Cloud sync is available in the Household profile.” Use an encrypted backup to keep a copy of your work.

iOS12 / MAKE IT YOURS

Your look, your choice.

Your colors, your privacy

Make it
yours.

More → Appearance offers light, dark, or system mode, color presets or your own palette, and a choice of typefaces. More → Currency sets the currency for your amounts without converting them.

  • Usage data is your choice

Your clients’ names, numbers, notes, and amounts are never sent to us. Turn off anonymous usage data in More → Privacy.

Pick once. Switch any time.

Also hire help at home?

Your own ledger,
kept apart.

Choose Staff GIG the first time you open the app, or switch any time from More → Profile. Your clients, hours, and payments never mix with a Household ledger on the same phone.

  • No account to create

Choosing a profile doesn’t create an account, and there is nothing for your clients to sign up for.

  • Switch back any time

Both ledgers stay saved. Switching only changes which one you see.

See the Household profile

Optional company

One step
at a time.

Sparky can rest below your overview and celebrate when you save new hours or payment records. Turn him on or off in More → Sparky companion, or choose during onboarding.

One choice applies to both profiles. He adds no chores, streaks, sounds, or balance-based reactions. The people in the background remain part of the app’s design.
